My stay for one night was very good. Everything was nice and the rooms were brand-new and well-kept. The location, within a 10-15 minute walking distance from Citizens Business Bank Arena, was particularly good.

A perfect hotel in an excellent setting with a great selection of little extras. The staff - consistently courteous and super friendly. Location very close to so many great restaurants, the airport, and other nearby eateries.

I was delighted with the comfortable bed and pillows as well as the delicious poached eggs cooked to order. The staff were all very attentive and deserve kudos. We will definitely return.
bathroom a bit on the small side and room was freezing when we arrived....could save some $$ by having it at a neutral temperature unless the guests wish to adjust it

The room was brand-new and had a pull-out couch and soft beds, making for a great night's sleep. The staff was attentive and offered complimentary wake-up service and ironing. The location was excellent, with convenient access to restaurants, shopping, highways, and Ontario, CA. The hotel is just a 5-minute drive from the Toyota Arena.

Mark the bartender was great. Restaurant is small, don't let the look fool you. The beer battered fish was delicious.
Construction workers started banging and making noise at 0630. I made management aware and they apologized.

Pleasant staff, including courteous personnel. Our king room had a spotless bathroom. The location was ideal, just a quick walk across the street to some tasty cafes. 🏨

We had a group with 2 babies. I requested an adjoined room so we could keep an eye on the babies during nap time. They not only provided the rooms but also had 2 pack n plays waiting in the room. We were also on the first floor near the indoor pool which my 9 year old loved. The style of the hotel was modern and fresh. Highly recommend it!

Wonderful location close to Citizens Business Bank Arena and various restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel is conveniently situated near places such as Victoria Gardens, Costco, and the mall. The building and rooms are nice, and they offer a pull-out couch for added comfort.
